With our convenient location on Glasgow Road in Dumfries, off the A75 & A76 which lead to the through the scenic routes of Dumfries & Galloway. With flexible storage options, you can store your caravan or motorhome with ease plus, our competitive pricing and excellent customer service make us the top choice for storage in the area. As well as Storage facilities we offer servicing and washes done on site!
Our caravan site is well maintained and there is always a member of staff close by. All our pitches are hard standing. We are a GOLD graded CaSSOA site and are insurance approved. We pride ourselves in taking great care of your unit and providing a simple, flexible and secure service.
Caravan Storage Access Hours
- 7 Days Access (365 days a year).
- Customers enrolled on the access card security system can access our storage site during the hours of 8am and 8pm.
- Please note that ALL OUR GATES AUTOMATICALLY LOCK AT 8PM
- Customers must ensure that they have left our site by that time.
Access outside of the access hours can be arranged with prior notice and we will provide you with a unique access code at the time of the request.
*Please note: In the event of a power cut the gates will automatically lock down
Caravan Servicing
At DG Caravan Storage we can organise all servicing on site. We use an independent AWS approved mobile engineer, authorised to service and stamp the book for all main caravan manufacturers keeping warranty intact.

External Washing
We all know caravans are hard to clean and keep clean. DG Storage offer an external valeting service. We also provide an area for the customers looking to clean their own caravans.
PRICES
£40 per month – paid annually in advance @£480
£40 per month Paid quarterly in advance @£120 per quarter

Payment Terms
All payments must be received in advance via standing order and are non-refundable should you decide to leave early.
An initial payment will be worked out using the daily / weekly / monthly fee’s depending on your arrival date to take you to the end of the current quarterly invoicing period, then standing orders are to be set up for ongoing regular payments.
All standing orders MUST be set up on the correct days / month (see below) in accordance with our invoicing dates.
Standing Order Payment Dates
Quarterly – £120 – standing order on the 1st of January, April, July & October
YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE
When a Caravan or Motorhome is first brought into storage yard an advance payment is required to cover the daily, weekly or monthly charge to take you to the end of the current quarter. This payment is required before a caravan/ or Motorhome goes into store, then a quarterly standing order should be set up.
If there are 12 or more days to the end of the month, the full month payment is applicable. If less than 12 days, the weekly charge and daily charge will be applied.
(If storing short term we must have an end collection date and you will be required to pay all storage fees up to this date in advance )
Subsequent payments are to be made via standing order only, this can be done with your bank we will provide bank details for this.
These payments should be paid on the first of the applicable month and tagged with your initial and surname.
